Bessemer milk jug

classic melamine kitchen jug.

Dating from the 60's, this piece was made by Bessemer - the party-plan company of the era. Made from sturdy melamine plastic, it has a nice organic atomic form.

The base is marked NYLEX CORPORATION MELMAC - bessemer - made in Australia - 1 on the underside.

Signs of use - a few light scuffs and marks but presenting well an ready for use or display in a retro kitchen.

The jug stands 9.5cm high and measures 11cm top diameter.
