The iconic Planet lamp - fully adjustable and directable - finished in matt black powdercoat.

Designed in the 1960's by Bill Iggulden, the lamp was ubiquitous in mid-century office and studio settings locally, in much the same way as the anglepoise was in Britain.

Lamp takes a standard bayonet cap globe, and is compatible with new low-energy globes. Operation via click-switch, original black wiring and cord, 240volt.

Good vintage condition. Fully operational. Some scuffs to paintwork on head, but not bad overall.

steel base is 15cm square
