lacquerware trivet

This sweet little piece is a great bench-saver.

Made in Japan (c. 1960's - 1970's), it features a bright orange lacquerware body, with a gorgeous inset circular, heatproof ceramic tile. The tile is decorated with a cheery flower with a hand-painted look.

The sticker on the underside says it all - Just wipe with a damp cloth to bring out it's beauty.

Nice vintage condition - used, but no chips, cracks or signs of misuse.

DIMENSIONS - The trivet measures 18cm in diameter.
